Step 2: Uploading the Antler Theme
Now we just need to upload the Antler Theme files into WordPress's theme folder on your website. You will need the downloaded Antler .zip file which was given to you when you made your purchase.
To upload files to your host, you will need a FTP (File Transfer Protocol) program, this program can move files to and from your web-host, just like it was any folder on your own personal computer.

The downloads are located on the right side of the website:
Now lets install the program; as you will be guided through these screens—just click on next.
On the last screen click on finish to run the program.
Now click on Open Connection to create a new connection for your website
In the box fill in your Domain Name for the 'Server' input box, your cPanel User Name for the 'Username' input box and your cPanel password for the 'Password' input box. These were given to you by your hosting company and are the same ones we used in Step 1 to access your hosting's control panel.
If you don't know them or have lost them, your hosting company will gladly remind you.
Click on Connect.
Now that we are connected to your website directory, shortly we will upload Antler to the WordPress theme's folder.
But this is what your CyberDuck screen should resemble now.
Just like you would on your own computer, navigate to this folder
public_html ▷ wp-content ▷ themes
Now we will need the Antler theme file which was delivered to you upon your purchase. You can always download the file again, numerous times after your purchase if the file goes lost.
Our file is called Antler_Theme_v0.8.zip, yours may be named with different digits.
Lets open the zip file, and find the Folder named Antler, it should be only two clicks deep.
Please drag that folder out of the zip file and to your desktop.
Now we will Transfer the files to the WordPress Theme folder.
Now the Antler theme files are being transferred to the WordPress Theme Folder. You will be given a progress bar to inform you of the transfer progress.
When it is complete you will see the Antler folder under themes and the Transfers progress box will read "Upload complete".
You may now close the CyberDuck Program.
